My follow-up didn’t get responded to either. It’s just so frustrating.

I’m currently going through this with SFDC. I haven’t heard from my recruiter in 2+ weeks after preparing a whole data case presentation that I gave almost a month ago.

My partner lateraled as a senior associate (now a 7th year) and hasn't yet received clear direction on ascension to partnership. Curious what your firms have told you about pathways to partnership? Are you eligible to be made partner as a 9th year? What factors go into consideration? Are you expected to generate business before you achieve partner? How much?

Hi all,

I have 8.5 years experience in IB. Prime brokerage.
I have a potential job opportunity with Citibank Belfast, Northern Ireland.
I would like to know for an AVP role what's the average salary.
What should I know about the organisation.
What kind of benifits and compensation is provided by Citibank?
I have an opportunity with JPM in Bangalore as well for an associate role(below AVP). Decent package and expected to join in 2 weeks.
I would really appreciate any help to understand here
TIA

I recently presented to some potential new hires on a video call. DURING the call, one of the potential hires sent me a DM on LinkedIn saying "Hey ;) Maybe we can collaborate" What the hell do I do? It feels so unprofessional. This guy has already been offered a job, we were just trying to convince them to accept. But I am uncomfortable.

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
