Anyone else have total mom guilt from work? I put everything into my day at work, and my toddler gets the short end of the stick when we get home. I'm barely making it through dinner prep, dinner itself, and loathing the temper tantrum bedtime routine. I don't get to spend the quality time I want with him during the work week. He shouldn't have to wait until the weekend. I don't know what to do. Dinner is a family affair and we get to connect there, but besides that I'm at a loss.

Anyone else struggle to conceive on their second child? It’s so baffling as we had no trouble getting pregnant right away twice (one ended in miscarriage) the first time we were trying. Now, every month that we get a negative it feels a month further apart my kids will be & the sadder I get. Any advice? I’ve already been to the Dr. & everything checked out and been tracking my ovulation with tests & apps. How long did it take some of you to conceive 2nd kid if it took time?

👩🏻‍💻 PART 4: 3rd full day with 11-month-old and without husband. Little guy cried off and on for an hour last night which wasn’t the greatest but he woke up in a good mood this morning and napped well at daycare. Super proud of myself — I managed to get something cooked while wrapping up work. Dinner was a good temp when Bébé and I got home from daycare. Had to work from 7-9 tonight but was able to unplug from 4-7. I’m tired.

there is a lot of yelling and screaming in my household (1-2 week ) and i’m worried about the impacts on my toddler. my husband has a hot temper and I end up standing up for myself .

How do you combat imposter syndrome especially at work? I grew up in a mentally abusive house where I was never good enough (smart, skinny, pretty,etc.). I’m in therapy and she’s big into positive affirmations but it’s not tackling the little voice in my head that tells me I’m too stupid for the job that I worked for. BURNED OUT MOM! And sad to say it. 😔 I have a 2.5 years old boy and a 6 months old baby girl. The boy is becoming so so stubborn. I feel like his daddy and I are doing something wrong. He used to be way more behaving and generally a sweet boy said the daycare and neighbors. I know he is a good fella. Could this be just a phase?! It's worth mentioning both his dad and I are going through stressful times at work.

My partner has a trip planned that we’ve all been prepping for (first time either of us have left the others in our toddler’s lifetime). Now I’m sick and feeling anxious to be alone with our toddler, who might also be getting sick. This trip is one that probably won’t happen again, so I don’t feel like I can ask him to stay, but how do I ask other people for help without getting them sick?
