Where is the lie? 😒

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Because in our industry you’re expected to intern in it for at least 1-2 semesters if not and usually more.
My advice would be if you dont have the experience but you have "transferable skills" then highlight these in your cover letter when applying as sometimes if firms can't find anyone with that experience, transferable skills is the next best asset to have.
Also sometimes you may need to go down in Salary to get experience in the sector but in the long scheme of things you'll then have industry experience to then apply for the role you want which will then come with the pay increase.
I hope this helps.
