For me after sitting for 2 hours or more and having limited leg room and mobility, I'd like to stand up as soon as possible. Longer the flight, the more anxious I am to stand...my legs get incredibly restless.

It's just so I can block your view of the front OP. 🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻

like

Yeah but like how does standing up make you get off the flight faster...

like

Yeah no it wasn't to you...your point makes sense. Just trying to get a better idea of what people are trying to accomplish. My legs get cramped too but I hate awkwardly standing and then having to duck because of the ceiling and then my neck hurts and then....idk planes are hard I guess haha

At least we can all agree that every passenger (regardless of zone and status) facilitates a low stress boarding process by standing up and All clustering in front of the gate. Although, this could be improved by having the gate agents insist that people in zones 4 and 5 all move up front and form a blocking wall 10 minutes before boarding. Now excuse me for a sec.... #@&)&&&$)&&))😡! There, that's better.

Some folks it's legit trying to make tight connections. Sometimes FAs don't make an announcement to tell people to chill.

Not sure which of us that's directed to. But that's the thing, not trying to get off quicker (because I always get off in order of seat number), just like to stand to stretch my legs as quickly as possible. If anyone ever said they had a connecting flight and needed to get by, I'd totally let them, just hate staying cramped longer than necessary.

Haha truuue!

Do any other firms have a policy that requires you to return to work for a certain period after paid parental leave, and if you choose to leave you are required to pay it back? If so, is there anyone who decided to leave before the end of that period? What happens if you can’t afford to pay it back?

Moms, how do you keep connected with your children while working consulting? I just started working full time after the birth of my first child (which was 3 years ago lol) and been worrying if eventually this job will take its toll on my relationship with my children. Does your baby drink more milk when away from you? I am WFH and pumping and breastfeeding. Sometimes nanny gives baby the bottle and then baby wants / sees me and nurses after. I pump afterwards but only get like 1 oz (since she drank a full bottle). So basically, baby needed another 4 oz on top of breastfeeding. On the weekend baby drinks from me and doesn’t need more milk. Baby is 10 months. I have a freezer stash but don’t want to reduce supply too much.

Like the gym / classes, but the time saving aspect of at home workouts is great and better for us right now with baby. Might get this as gift for hubby.

Hi all! I’m doing some research on parental leave policies to make a case to improve ours. How many weeks does your policy offer? Does it differ between “primary” and “secondary” caregiver? Birth vs other means of growing your family? I’m particularly interested in independent shops, but would love to hear from folks at the network agencies as well. It you could comment with your agency name, I’d be super grateful. Thank you thank you! ❤️

Which health insurance plan do you recommend for pregnancy and maternity care? Looking for switching during current open enrollment . From the Deloitte sponsored plans, narrowed down to these 3 - Anthem Bluecard PPO, Aetna Select, UHC PPO. I am currently enrolled for Anthem Bluecard PPO and looking for other best options, if any. Also, if I get pregnant in December and switch to any other from Jan, will that works or the new insurance provider might raise a concern to cover the expenses? TIA!
