Initial pull of dashboard is as of 3/31, review committee members get an updated view for the round table and your counselor should present any updates between the period 4/1 and date of review committee presentation.
I thought it was 4/30. Advisory PI here. I think other groups are different
When I'm constantly on projects with a July 1st deadlines, this is super unfair. Even if it was 4/30, that's still 2 months of my busiest and most meaningful work that go unnoticed. Happened last year too, didn't get recognized for any of the really great work I put into my engagement.
@PWC1: no, they don't.
Been at the firm 8+ years. Last 3 years they have taken adjusted metrics into the roundtables - at least through 5/31 and later depending on schedule and if there is a late closing project
Duh. They use those months for the following year.
PSA: this year it's 3/31. They moved it forward, watch the webcast for PMDP launch
Because the process takes so long and is so centralized
Same at Pdubs- if you think missing utilization is bad wait until you sell a 5M project in June and it doesn't show up on any reporting.
They will repull for roundtables
I guess for most this is supposed to be the period coming out of busy season with less work and more vacation time taken
Yeah it's 4/30. Remember to stop giving a f*uck starting May 👍🏽
Is it a problem that so few people genuinely understand how this all works? That's the real question
If it's 3/31 I am going to be super pissed.
I actually would love to know how often they re pull for round tables. Anyone on the review committee who can share your experience?
Wish this wasn't so ambiguous. Every person I talk to has a different answer for how it works.
Where can we go to confirm the actual date?
^yes it is.
^yes, and just verify that you actually have the vacation before you take it
@AC1, sadly not too much vacay left 😔
Where are people hearing 3/31? What is webcast for PMDP?
