My experience seems that the ones let go, had weak network.

Can someone explain utilization and realization to me? I just wrapped up my first week on an engagement (9/30 client) and am a first year at a national firm. I understand billable hours and the budget

This is a bit of an aside, but over the last year or two, I've noticed "career coaching" explode as a service and a field. But, like what is it? How is it different from therapy, and how should it be utilized? I'm intrigued, but don't know much about it.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. Is it me or is the utilization calculation on Talent On Demand totally wrong? I just calculated my utilization and it's 117% but ToD is showing 104%.

Does your vacation balance go up mid fiscal year due to utilization hours? My vacation balance has increased by 5 in the last two months.

Anyone have managers / leadership (non consulting) who seems disengaged?
