Why does my excel always freeze when I copy a cell?

Have you ever felt like you don’t actually know anything and are just faking it? How do you get over this? I feel like, for example, I don’t know how to really do analytics even though I do it on a day to day basis. It’s hard for me to not have an overarching, collectively exhaustive view of a topic to feel comfortable speaking on it. It often causes me to delay deliverables or just not speak up in meetings and I want to improve at this.

Some companies are not taking diversity beyond cosmetics and do not seem to be committed to equity and inclusion. Exhibit A: The credentials of some of the recently hired DEI “executives”. Exhibit B: Average tenure of said executives tend to be about 12 months. And parting tends not to be amicable.

I am applied to IBM multiplied times. Heard they hiring big time. However even am all the skill set they are asking and a good resume, have never received call from them. Went through a referral. Still same. When my reference asked the HR about me not getting a call, he said it sometimes happens. Nobody knows who will get the call. Sometimes people get in a day, but many times they don't. Is there any thing else I can try? Has it happened with anyone else?

I’m a first year at big law and people tell me how important it is to be friends with fellow first years. The thing is, I’m a huge introvert and tbh I don’t fit in with other first years. I’m the oldest by a lot, the only minority, and one colleague is a sexist (and low key quite racist) white dude so completely blind to what’s happening outside of his privileged world. when I was trying to share how I was feeling about certain situation he switched to talk about how HE felt about all this.

How do you handle a CD that rarely responds to emails, shows up late to meetings, approves work only to send out a later email with no feedback and negative digs at the team?

Why is it recommended that I max out my 401k and HSA before investing in index funds? I put 6% into my 401k bc that’s what I’m company matches and enough in my HSA to cover yearly medical costs. Why would I not want to start putting some into index funds instead of more into those?
