Why does SAP consulting get such a bad rep? How can it be that much different than Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, etc. implementations?

What are your work related pet peeves when dealing with CSP colleagues? I’ll go first : 1) I hate it when they always play down the effort needed for some work (even when doing it super fast / McKinsey speed) and ask for unrealistic deadlines. 2) This second grade citizen mentality at the Firm is really insufferable. It’s often insulting and unbecoming.

I have 13 years in healthcare, primarily in Radiology (brief stint in Chiropractic), medical billing & coding, and medical assisting. 5 of those years are in management.

When I ask what the girl is doing, majority were recently started working in some HR position or call center earning 20k - 25k.

But my manager always finds something to berate me for and it's wearing me down. Work is becoming my living nightmare and my mental health is down the drain. Not sure how to handle it.
