I am being told I cannot clear a right to work check until my BRP arrives. And because of this I will need to have my start date pushed by two weeks (start date is mid Jan right now, visa approved yesterday and they need the documents by end of week).

The recruiter called me saying she’s already have an offer ready but I have to go through one final interview with the VP. However, he has been out of the office for the past two weeks.
