Hi! I’m a field consultant and I make roughly $200k. I’m tired of the sales aspect of this job and considering pivoting into project management. My question is can I make $200k or close to it in that role? If so is there a particular industry I should focus? Little background I have a MBA and completing my doctorates at the moment. I do have enough transferable skills to make this change but salary is a concern along with culture.

The founding partners have said that they are interested in hiring more diverse attorneys, but it is clear they have no idea how to go about doing that.
