Why don't I get any calls from the other big 4s. I've tried applying through naukri, linkedIn, referrals. Not even a single call. And here I thought I had a demanding skill set!

I applied to an experienced consultant position at Bain and just heard back. Yesterday, I received an invite to a HireVue one-way interview to complete. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. At what point does “ego” stop mattering? Over the past 5 years I’ve worked my way to being an Account Manager, but ultimately my career goal is to work for the government. After that I gave my final round 2 days back i.e on Friday & it went really well. Later I didn't receive any communication on whether i am selected or not. Is it a good sign?

I am getting 492000 as RFB in PwC which includes 50000 contribution to NPS scheme. Just wanted to know that should I ask my employer to pay that 50000 from 492000 or should I tell my employer that I will enroll for the NPS scheme by myself and not to deduct 50000 for NPS and make the entire amount of 492000 as RFB.
