hey folks, I am going to join Oracle ossi in Hyderabad location. I have never been to Hyderabad, and will be relocating. Please guide on what would be good areas to look for rent. Also, what would be rent like for 2/3 bhk. Ideally my budget for rent would be <25k. Initially I will be going but in future my family will join me once I am settled. Any points to note or any other gotcha to keep in mind ? Please suggest.

Example: so many people on this bowl arguing "What about the increase in suicides due to safer-at-home? We must reopen bc the cure is worse than the disease?"
A simple google search shows 48k US suicide deaths in 2018. We have 67k US Covid19 deaths across ~2 months and rising.
Sure there COULD be an increase in suicides but to suggest that the net increase is more than Covid19 deaths avoided is unreasonable.

You’re missing the point of the argument these people are making.
Other deaths and illnesses ARE NOT stopping simply because COVID is around. Suicides and deaths due to addiction are up YoY and are forecasted to continue rising by mental health experts as more people lose jobs and businesses. Additionally, people are dying from not getting access to therapies for things like cancer and others aren’t getting preventative diagnostic surgeries like biopsies that in the long run could make a person worse off. That is the point people are making.
Just because COVID is here doesn’t mean other health problems go away and other deaths disappear. A portion of this deaths is set to increase due to the lockdowns and reduced access to care.
The government method right now is summed up as robbing Peter to pay Paul. We’ll save potentially X number of lives by locking down but we’ll crush X number of lives in the process. There needs to be a balance and right now the solution is unevenly crushing the X number of lives facing unemployment, reduced health care access, addiction, etc.
If they were trying to have a “reasonable” discussion they would have brought facts in the first place. I think you answered your own question: it’s not reasonable.

Because people don't care to be right, they want to believe that the things they believe in are true, and more and more people are becoming ideologically possessed.

10 million die a year due to starvation and we don't do jack shit about it. I think that figure has been that high for at least a decade.
I'm not a business owner, but I think it would be reasonable for a business owner to not want to lose their business and have to declare bankruptcy because 60k have died.
Let's say the 2020 Covid19 death toll will be 200k. If 200k deaths is enough to justify this level of government control, there will basically be nothing the government can't justify doing.
We have 3 million deaths each year, many of which probably died through no fault of their own. The government can't provide guarantees about death.
