Making Work More Human - A Q&A with ex-KPMG Partners 11/6

Why in consulting leaders feel proud to mention that they work 60-80 hours a week ? It’s common to hear “ I didn’t had my breakfast today “ or “ I slept at 4”

I've heard these things too. Key is to change that language to 'I did THIS thing which delighted my client.' Real example from last month at Waterstons? 'We really liked the work that X did delivering our system selection; we'd like him to stay on with us as client-side project manager to get the new system delivered.' Those are the results that people should be rewarded for.
