Hello everyone, I am a residency trained clinical pharmacist with 7 years of experience, specialty areas include chronic disease management, pharmacotherapy, and oncology who has worked in the inpatient and outpatient setting. I’m in pursuit of a pharmacist position that is work from home, open to try new opportunities including insurance organizations, managed care organizations, medical writing, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Would it make you feel like you’re failing less if I told you I still haven’t taken my Christmas tree all the way down? It’s true…. 😜. Go easy on yourself - especially in the times we’re in - no one can do it all. I’m willing to bet there are people in your life thinking to themselves “How does she do it?!?” …while admiring the sh*t out of you. 💜. And in the midst of taking care of EVERYONE around you…don’t forget to take care of yourself too! I know it’s so much easier said than done but you deserve it, Dr. Mamma!
I love this! So true, we're all just trying to make our way through it all!
you're not alone! it is a hard balance!!
Hang in there! That feeling is normal but most importantly it's just a feeling. It's not reality. You are doing amazing.
Being a mom and working outside the home in general is a battle, never mind the chaos and crazy hours of the health care industry. I don't have a solution, just wanted to weigh in and let you know you're not alone. And while you may feel as though you're failing, I'd be willing to bet your children don't hold that viewpoint at all.
You are not alone! Being a working mom is so difficult but you got this!!
I think all of us moms feel that way at some point or another. You are not failing. Hang in there.
You're not alone! You should definitely look into getting some counseling or therapy to work through this.
I’m thinking of a career change… so burned out in healthcare while caring for a toddler.
Do what you deem best. Family comes first. Hope things work out for you!
You're doing great mama! You are trying your best and that's what matters.
I know the feeling...What makes me feel better is, all my hard work is showing my kids, its possible to chase their dreams.
Go easy on yourself, Madam. Being in healthcare is a feat enough– now being a mother at the same time? I think that's pretty amazing. Give yourself credit, you made it, and you'll keep going!
