Exercise definitely helps for me! I do always feel better after hard cardio. I used to run but because of a injury now do spin which has a similar effect. I like weights too. My other one is getting enough sleep because everything is worse if I’m tired
Being outside, seeing family and partying w friends
Sex, drugs, and rock n roll lol jk Being outdoors helps me. Either sitting outside, walking, having a picnic, or swimming.
