I work for a small immigration firm and last month we lost an employee who was handling almost all asylum cases. The person that was hired to take this case load recently announced they were going back to school and would transition into a part time schedule. Have you ever had another attorney mark up your drafts to where the entire document is basically rewritten, and all of the changes were stylistic and not substantive? I am a third year. I am a fitness and wellness oriented person. I enjoy taking care of myself and I do enjoy working out. I try to stick to things I enjoy and have fun doing. However, I am struggling now to commit to exercising. I even went down to just doing a walk outside and doing strength training in my rec room 1x-2x a week… and I’ve unable to do that.

Hi everyone, I am 4 days into my IUI process. I also recently found out that my UTI was not a UTI but instead Ureaplasma. My husband also tested positive.
We are waiting to hear back from the fertility specialist but I wanted to see if anyone has had this experience, or any knowledge. I’m nervous that the antibiotics will affect my ability to conceive, but just as nervous ureaplasma will make it difficult as well. I can wait until next month and start over but I really don’t want to. Any advice

HSG pain level vs. endometrial biopsy? I have an HSG this week and did biopsy last week. Biopsy was brutal! I overheard a nurse telling someone else that HSG is actually more painful but I can’t even imagine… really nervous now.

Hi. I have very low AMH, 36 years old & never have been pregnant. I have done 2 IVF cycles this year approx 5 months apart. Each time had only 2 eggs retrieved, 1 fertilization each which lead to the embryo reaching blastocyst stages both times & both came back normal after genetic testing 🤍 talk about beating the statistics odds! 🤞🏻 I now have 2 cutie embryos saved. My husband & I would love to have twins and will be speaking to my doctor about the best options. Twins thoughts?

Had my second retrieval yesterday. They got three eggs and two fertilized. So far, this is the exact same thing that happened my last retrieval in January. Three total eggs, two fertilized. They weren't growing super well so we did a fresh transfer for both (and neither stuck).

Feeling a bit discouraged that the same pattern is repeating itself again. Probably will end up doing a fresh transfer for both of these embryos (again). I'm 33 with unexplained low ovarian reserve. Just sucks.

I feel like the fertility process is pulling my hubs and I apart. We’re both not great at communication, but I feel like this stressful process just is not bringing us together at all. I have been trying to conceive for a year now. I am 34. After 6 months, went to the RE and found that I have prolactinoma and hypothyroidism. I have been taking the medicines for both. Went for one cycle of timed intercourse and Femara + trigger shot led to cysts for a couple of months. Now back to trying naturally. Husband’s semen analysis was normal. What would you recommend? I have been taking the multivites and Coq10. Anything else for Diet, supplements? What should I do.
