Why is it so hard to do IJP in optum.And why the interview process is tough for internal members also?I have given two interviews internally in past.First It went to second round.It went onl only but later was not considered.Later yesterday again I gave interview for 1rst round,it wasn't that bad,he asked analysis based questions and I gave almost 90% close answers and also there are different solutions for different problems all solutions should be considered not only the one which interviewers knows.

Thinking of doing IUI rather than trying the normal way. Is it safe and is it covered ?

With EXL Service ( EXL Health), I am getting D1, Assistant Vive President at 43 LPA, but the location is Noida.

I joined 2 months back.
A new team was created soon with all new joiners.

It turned out that, no one underatands or knows anything about the tech stack for which they were hired(god knows how they cleared interview)!! Now i'm the only one doing all teams work !!
