Hey fishes
I have received two mails from Tiger Analytics one is a case study and other sql assessment
In case study it is mentioned to submit within 3 days but for sql assessment nothing is mentioned
Anyone have idea for it's timelines
Also it would be really helpful if any experience is shared regarding what kind of questions are expected for this assessment.

When you say 'ghosting,' how long has it been since you heard something?
I've noticed on Fishbowl, some jobseekers expectations for response time aren't realistic. Maaybe they're ghosting. Maybe it's also midsummer when many people vacation.
Also, were you talking to internal or external recruiters? Externals are the worst about this. You're not a beloved, respected, and desired teammate to them. They're like a grocery store, and you're an apple in a pile of apples. They don't care which one they sell.
Talking to our internal recruiter yesterday, poor guy has 90+ roles he's responsible for filling. Chasing the #1 candidates (who often have competing offers) probably sucks up all his time. So let's say you're the #5 pick...They don't want to tell you 'yes,' because there's other folks they like more. But they don't want to tell you 'no' because their top picks haven't committed yet.
In case they're actually ghosting, it's just the landscape anymore. Learning to handle being ignored and keep on truckin' can be a life skill.
SC1, they told me to look out for an email and I never got it. It’s whatever at this point.
What are you doing in these interviews that is scaring them away? 😄Just kidding. Have you noticed if there is any sort of pattern to this? Are you asking the right questions at your interviews? Remember, interviews always go both ways. Not only are you trying to get a job, but they are also trying to give a job. Make sure you have questions for them as well. If you don't seem interested in details about the job, then they won't show interest in you.
Ghosting seems to be an accepted way of saying no nowadays. I know it's frustrating!
It's important to ask the right questions at the end. They shouldn't be questions that can be answered through reading the job posting or have been answered in the interview already. They also shouldn't be questions about salary and benefits. Google 'Questions to ask at the end of a job interview' to get a good list of open ended questions. Basically, you want to show interest in the company and the position, not just in the remuneration (even if that's the only thing you're interested in)
Same! I feel your pain. Its crazy because everyone says that they’re hiring and now is the time to make a switch and apply but realistically I don’t see that when applying. Makes me feel horrible and stupid.
What’s your YOE and where are you applying to?
Thank you, I appreciate it!
