Your brain literally needs carbs to function. Make sure the carb levels you're eating are appropriate, don't just drop them blindly. Compensate with fats and proteins and veggies!
Brain can run on ketones. Doesn't need carbs

I have a hard time saying no to fruit and beer. Otherwise I could totally do the keto diet.
At the end of the day, if you're restricting yourself so much, you'll end up gaining all the weight you lost once you finally go off your diet. Make a lifestyle change where you're fueling your body and not restricting. Carbs are friends! Just be smart about what kind you eat and how much is appropriate for your lifestyle
