Why MBB interviewers during interviews wear casual clothes during zoom interviews? While i was wearing suit? I mean one of my interviewers was wearing Mickey Mouse T-shirt. While other was sitting casually on sofa and smoking vape. Shouldn’t it work in both way like professional set up?
