Accepted an offer at a firm and then another firm I was initially interviewing offered me 15% more. I want to stay at the original firm I was offered due to the structure of it. Would it be bad if I let the recruiter know at the original firm about receiving another offer that is more and ask if they can give me a signing bonus or try to match it? I don’t want to risk getting my offer rescinded.. side note: I already negotiated the comp from the original firm for 10% more than they offered me

When I first joined this app I thought that the number next to someone's company / title indicated how long they worked there / at that position (via LinkedIn connection).

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! Has anyone found anything that is legit work from home? Either remote treatment plan presenting or helping with scheduling? I really need something from home because my husband travels so much. I got selected in KPMG and getting a good 70% hike but i think i lowballed myself when the HR once again asked yesterday if i'm okay with the package. I immediately said i'm okay as they already accepted my initial quote and pushing them for more would be a greedy move.

but the thought that i could have gone for a higher package if i wasnt overwhelmed by their "we care for you" gesture is making me anxious.

This is my 1st shot at Big 4, so i am already excited & nervous.

Need advice, I am currently working in a compliance based role in of the big4s and I don't feel satisfied and happy with what I am doing. I have a past experience of core audit with another big4 which I have started missing a lot lately. My current notice period is 3months. Is it a good decision to quit now and start looking for another job during my notice period?
