Even I observed the same. Don't stick to RPA itself the challenge I see is even a person with 1 year of experience can do the task with proper guidance/instructions from seniors. So I see lot of companies opting for freshers or 1-2 year experienced. Along with RPA you need to work on another skills as well. And learning another tool would always be an added advantage.
It depends on your skills, only RPA skills wont take you anywhere. I have seen ranges from 12 LPA to 28 LPA.
You need to demand it buddy and May be try adding one more tool. I am able to demand more than 40 plus and get it too.
Can you please share your total and relevant experience in RPA ...... And also the company name which is offering 40LPA. It would be helpful for analysis since I have started to look for a Job change.
