Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

Hello fellow HR pros! I really need your opinions on HR certifications. I am deciding between PHR and SHRM-cp. I have read just about all there is online comparing the two and can not decide. I posted a few weeks ago about a micromanaging boss I’ve been working with & how I switched firms and felt it was a mistake. I started interviewing again and got a great industry offer! Culture seems like a better fit too. That being said, I intend to resign this week (will be 2 months since I started at my current firm). Is it okay to say I’m resigning due to “personal reasons”? And how do I handle my micromanager of a boss if he tries to get more out of me? I am not great with confrontation.

I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
