Uh, because they might have something to teach you? Great way to make sure your title doesn’t get any higher.

Well I’ve had 3 promotions in the last 4 years so I’m not worried about it. And I’m the only person on my team that does any kind of decent work which even the head of the department realizes and it’s impossible to fire people where I work, so I’ll be just fine. What I overheard is from marketer who has no clue about design telling me how to do my job, and even her boss has told her off on the particular problem I’m venting about. She makes everyone miserable 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have lived in queens majority of my life, and I’m ready to live my best New York City life 😆. I would like a place in Manhattan or Long Island city. I’m looking for a 1br or large studio. I’m 35 and single, any recommendations? I also used to live on Flatbush for a small time. 2 of my must haves are in unit washer/dryer and a gym. Anything else I’m negotiable with. What do you guys/ladies think are some good areas?

I have seen many people become leisure in notice period and doesn’t bother about co-workers. Now, I am on notice period and want to do same but don’t feel doing it since management sucks and my co-workers will be ones who will feel pressurized as I have been in same place before. Can I get suggestions how to handle the time? should I repeat what others have done to me?

Your teammate with the same title and pay as you is at your desk all the time for help. I'm definitely open to helping - but sometimes "help" is basically the whole job - it feels like I'm doing both jobs lol and it almost feels unfair that we both get paid the same or very close (Colorado, so pay transparency). The teammate has been with the company for longer than me.

Anyone have multiple FT jobs? I'm looking about to land a new primary FT job, as my current job is very very slow, doesn't really have any projects for me, and could end at any time (with a 30 day notice).
Where there any legal issues? (The two companies area in different industries so no competition). How did you manage both? The new company knows I'm still employed, should I quit the first or keep it as long as I can manage both? Any bad vibes or feelings of unprofessionalism? TIA
