I am interviewing for a clinical specialist position with Haemonetics. Does anyone have any experience working for them?

I recently passed my LCSW exam and I am waiting to receive my official licensure information in the mail. I interviewed for a position that requires the LCSW and received an offer to start as an MSW and eventually adjust my salary once my licensure and credentialing is completed. They gave me the salary for MSW level however, they said they could not tell me what the salary bump for LCSW would be until i have my license number. Is this standard practice for a LCSW position in a clinic?

Crowdsourcing exit ideas. I have 20yoe in a niche area of federal environmental work but I’m also a strong consultant w/experience in management/leadership, proposals, writing, recruiting, training, strategic planning…. Interview question: had a great interview with the cmo of a brand I’m really excited about for an ECD role. She mentioned there was a take home assignment, which usually is a dealbreaker for me but I want the gig. The hr person sends it to me, and it’s not one but TWO Full 360 campaigns, one brand one product. To the agency recruiters: who's your favorite outside headhunter to work with and why?

What prevents recruiters from doing the bare minimum and closing the loop with someone if the team moves forward with a different candidate? Seems to be a primary complaint of most job seekers and is something that could easily be remedied with a simple grasp of communication skills / follow through.

Do “agents” exist for creatives? Where the agent gets paid by you to find roles. Similar to a Hollywood agent for an actor. Not to be confused with recruiters, who work for agencies/staffing firms....

I’m curious to know... How some agencies claim to be an “equal opportunity employer”, when they don’t even post their openings and hire people they already know? I’d love to work for some specific agencies in New York, I check their jobs page, I respectfully reach out to the hiring team to express my interest and nothing happens... It’s really frustrating.

If a person has already applied to a job at a company, or is looking to apply, would it be out of line to message a recruiter at that company on LinkedIn? In this case the internal recruiter has already posted about the position on their LinkedIn but the message may seem unprompted as we don’t currently have any similar connections.

Even further, is this typically considered a positive in the recruitment process when looking for candidates?
