Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

Speaking for myself, I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about the money. I spend a lot of time thinking about what I’m doing every day. If I can be made to feel better about that without putting my family in a bad position, why would I not consider that?

Quality of life... pension will still be there... they made partner, as long as they stay away from dope and hoes, pretty sure they’ll be fine.

Had a partner at my firm recently join partnership and 4 months later left for a (what seems like) a better job.
