Wife and I updated our 2022 financial model of income, stock vests and bonus payments (an exercise we used to do regularly and had neglected to do so far this year) and for the first time our expected taxable annual income crossed $1M for the conservative estimate (she makes more than I do).
Feeling shocked as I don’t think I ever expected us to be people making more than a million a year!! Just the amount of tax we will pay this year is shocking!!

Hi Fishesh, I have a joining tomorrow in one company but i am about to get the offer from one big company but they said offer letter would be released in 3 days. The roads, parks, and amenities are all terrible. The politics are even worse. been working at this newer company for almost a year now. I was giving two raises and promotions within 4 months of being there. given high praise for my work ethic but I got written up in the last promotion for dropping the ball on two files after not being properly trained.
