Is it harder or easier to get accepted into the Kellogg 1 year vs 2 year MBA program?

I studied SCM in college but I’ve been working through tech implementations on the ptp side for about 4 years now - it’s been all indirect client work though and no supply chain. How tough is it to pivot to more process and supply chain based strategy projects - do I need to get my mba. At a smaller firm now and feel like I’d have to jump to an Accenture to actually have the ability to do that kind of work (logistics and trade optimization, planning, manufacturing)

Is there any good way to switch from industry into strategy consulting, but specifically as a generalist? Either in general, with/without MBA, or with/without in-house strategy experience

Should you add your credentials in your email signature? I put MBA in mine and I’m not taking it out. But I’ve heard mixed feedback about it on the internet. I feel that if my company will ignore a job application based on lack of a bachelor’s, then obviously they value education. Also, they paid for my MBA so obviously they want employees to have one.
