It takes a few cycles for her cycle to come back to normal. Eat healthy - more fiber, take supplements - folic acid, maca, vitamins etc., try and be in a stress free environment. Oysters, Salmon, low glycemic food are also good for you. If it doesn’t normalize in 2-3 cycles, see a obgyn.

We have been in touch with her OBGYN. She told my wife to gain some weight, eat healthy and be stress free but I feel like my wife is stressing out over it even though I tell her to just relax and be as supportive as I can. Not too sure how “relaxed” she is.
