Recent corporate laterals / candidates - how long did it take between submitting applications and hearing back from firms? Been radio silence on all of my job apps for a while and it's starting to worry me.

Gave 3 rounds of interviews with Rubrik. No feedback got a call saying you got rejected thats it. Don't candidates deserve a chance to know their feedback you might think I am writing this out of spite but this happens in most of the companies In my case, I was 100% sure about how I performed in the interview because all the questions asked were one or the other way from one of many inteviews I attend. I was able to answer every question discussed and shared my thoughts while writing the code.

Where does everyone look for jobs

Yesterday I had cleared Accenture interview or at least it was showing in the sent email or in the website that you have made it to HR round and next step would be to upload documents. But again today it's showing as 'Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once v have a suitable demand, commensurating ur background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

I interviewed in HSBC 45 days ago and cleared first round technical interview. Now for second round that is managerial round HR is telling that code is closed it will open after 25th dec. And 27th is my last working day
Can anyone tell me should wait for further rounds or join another company?

Hi! I'm currently trying to move into the IT field and have been getting a few interviews for smaller tech companies, but I'm interested in applying to larger names like Google. Does anyone happen to know what hiring managers or recruiters may be looking for in a cover letter? Do they really read cover letters or are they just scanned through ATS systems? Should I be trying to match keywords from the job listing or go with a more personal approach? Any advice would be appreciated!

2 weeks ago I was interviewed by Accenture and the interview went so well that the 4 rounds happened all in one single day. They told me that I am selected and that I will receive the offer letter within 2 days. But it's been 2 weeks now, I have neither received the offer letter nor there is any communication from them. I tried calling the HRs who were calling me for the interview timings, but they are not picking up my calls.
Any idea what happened or what should I do?

Hi fishes. I have an offer with epam with 16.8 lpa and I asked for salary revise with counter offer. HR said he will get back to me after contacting hiring manager and then after 2 days he said that they couldn’t revise salary as that was the max they can provide for that band. My yoe is 7 and offered band is A3. Do I have any chances of getting salary revised before joining. My date of joining is next month
