I currently hold a bachelors in Healthcare administration since 2018 and and working 4 years into my first role. noticing title inflation with “AVP” seeming like the new standard at some firms for 3yoe or out of MBA. I’m at a firm where that definitely isn’t the case and youd make avp equivalent at 5yoe if you’re a TOP performer. If I decide to make a move in the future, will me having a lower title now hurt me in getting interviews or placing into correct title? To clarify current compensation isn’t an issue but I think associate at my firm would make more than associate at firm with said title inflation…

How does your firm handle the FIN certification mapping? Not sure if it’s Workday or internal, I find the whole process lack of transparency and frustrating, especially for people with 3+ years of experience. Is the extra revenue stream more important than the health of the ecosystem to Workday?

How important is having a “name brand” on your resume? For context, undergrad at a top 10 non ivy that typically gets less name recognition and work experience at a T2 (LEK, P-EY, Kearney, etc). How did you decide that you wanted to pursue an MBA?

It seems like it’s pretty risky to do an MBA (even M7) if you want to work in non-amazon tech. I work for FAANG already, but nervous about recruiting post-MBA since most schools send only 3-6 people to my company. If I do decide to go the MBA route should I just force myself to be comfortable working at amazon?
