Received an offer yesterday and was not offered sign on bonus, however I just remember I need to pay back a portion of my EY sign on bonus...Is it too late to bring it up and ask for a sign on bonus now?

I know this topic does not get talked about much but will eventually impact almost all of us so here goes. I am thinking of retiring (early) and would love recommendations for countries that I can retire to that. Primary factors would be cost if living, safety, warm climate, good health care system, (preferably) close to the US - not a requirement, stable government and laws, diversity in landscape (beach, rivers, mountains). How do you deal with back pain? I tried all things that could potentially help like getting lumbar support, ergonomic pillow, stretching steadily throughout the day etc. I'm seriously concerned if it will be what blocks me from moving forward in my career.
