Will be interesting to hear the rhetoric from Horner and Red Bull about Bottas this week. I felt the Lewis/Max incident was a racing incident, but what Bottas did was far more "amateurish". I will draft briefs and motions that I feel are pretty good and when I get them back from senior associates, they’re sometimes completely re-written. I’ve been assured I am not a bad writer and that “it will come” but the changes these seniors make are just SO GOOD. So my question is, how have people here become better legal writers? Super bummed out because I weighed in at 149 lbs this morning. For context, I’m a 6’1” man and I’ve been lifting heavy for over a year now. Never thought I’d be this light.

I was always a heavier set kid, heaviest I’ve been was 205 lbs back when I was a 5’6” little bozo in the 10th grade. Since then I’ve gotten taller but my weight continued to jump around 155-190 throughout the years as I pushed through unhealthy yo-yo habits.

Every time I eat, I get congested/phlegmy and I have to clear my throat or cough or cough for about 30 minutes after. What causes this? How to fix? I tried allergy meds, didn’t help much.
