Interviewing for an associate role in this team and wondering if anyone has any insight on them as they’re relatively new. I’m coming from a bank S&T role and would be making a longterm career switch.

i shared all the documents but still they are saying get reply on email from prevoius company
I was facing the same issue last month it got cleared .... they asked me all bank statements for that particular years, PF no. Etc lastly they told me tell your previous organization HR to mail us....I told my HR and he did it....so I think mail is the only option that clears the BG here,,,,bcz for all the documents which I provided they weren't trusting them.

It still isn't resolved. CapG contact who sent this email is not responding, neither is anyone from that f-ing Amber-red email DL thing. I have informed them that my company says they have already responded and provided them the details and MCA certificate

yes it got resolved. my previous company director confimed my employment on email.
I have issue in discrepancy in one of my previous employment and this happened in pandemic days so that company is not agreeing to provide mail. Here in capg hr said you failed in bgv we I'll transfer to management for further decision. But I didn't receive any mail for the next process. How long it will take to respond from management side?
What if anyone is immediate joiner because in that case bgv starts or happens after joining
