Will cognizant fire employees if we don't perform well once we join project?

I have been given an opportunity to take on a Project Coordinator role at my existing company (IT MSP) I'll basically be developing the role at our company. Any advice? How to keep track of various happenings for the many projects we'll have going on at one time? I recently got 22 computers and peripherals etc sorted out for one brand new client, 25 for another with added software preps, and am working through another 24 for another existing client, we'll be physically moving another client...

2.Is there any protal where we can see other lti employees resume,skills and projects they have worked on?
3.How are european client compared to US client in Salesforce unit?
4.How can someone find a particular skill set project in lti if on bench? Is it through rm,hr or any portal that can be utilized.

At what point it’s too late to move from MBB to PE? Can you still move as a Manager (Project Leader)? Is it possible to break into a deal team? Will you need to take a downgrade in that case (e.g. start as an Associate)?

At a manufacturing client who stocks a high volume of raw materials and packaging components with varying units of measure (milliliters, lb, kg, eaches, etc.). We’ve modeled how much RM inventory ($/units) to stock based on demand for finished good items they tie to and several other variables. I am am trying to identify pallet conversions by each RM item to determine the number of pallet spaces required. Anyone know of an effective way to do this? Trying to be within +/- 10% accuracy.

I Resigned on last friday from the portal and i have 2 concerns at the moment i'll cover that in 2 posts.

1. When i tried to press the submit button it showed me an error popup with message saying something like "redundant entry". i'm sure I didn't submit resignation before that ever. But when i came out of the resignation window it was showing resignation submitted on 8/4/22. Kind of weird thing but could it cause in trouble in my clearance process ??

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.
