Will EY give you a new work number (not phone) after you join? I am about to join in a month and today I noticed my teams profile has a number on it that I don’t recognize. They haven’t sent me a SIM card or anything. Is that going to be your work number after you join?

I keep seeing these ads for that thing where you buy a lordship by purchasing land in Ireland or something. Is that legit? Or are they just printing out a certificate without actually selling you any land?

Hey I’m a CSM and have been in tech for 7 years, but I’m considering moving into law, going to law school, the whole 9 yards. Hi!

I graduated w/ my BS in Marketing in May (2.5 yrs, 3.72 gpa) and I have 1 year of professional marketing experience as a paid media strategist at a 50+ employee agency. I manage big budgets + multiple accounts on Google/YT/FB.

Dilemma:

I’m making $16/hr and I’ve brought up increasing my pay 3 times + the answer has been along the lines of “We’re increasing everyone company wide in the coming weeks, so you’ll get it once we get everyone up!” which was over a month ago.

Any advice? Thanks!

Partners or whomever can help me understand about billing and hours. To keep things simple, let’s say you only have one staff to work 1,700 billable hours a year on a $60k salary and you have only one job that and the rate charged to the client is $300/hour and an projected hours budget of 1,700 hours. So ideally you would have revenue of $510k. If the staff takes less time partners make less money and if they take more time partners make more money while the staff keeps the same salary?
