How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

I was making $105k when I started attending a local part time MBA program that has a top-30 ranked full time program - will graduate in May.
Most of my cohort and I have not seen our current employers provide a salary bump solely for seeking an MBA or even upon graduation. However, I've been fortunate to receive an offer in consulting through on-campus recruiting in the $250k total comp range.
In short, a part time MBA may not yield immediate salary benefits unless you use it to switch companies.
I second this. It is unlikely to get that large of an increase by staying with the same company. As the old saying goes, "you have to move out to move up."
Need some more detail here... Current salary and education ? Would you go part time or full time? Also do you plan on staying in the same industry or company post mba ?
Based salary $100k and I have a bachelor in economics. I would be going part time. I would stay in the same industry and company if they offer a promotion.

You’re probably going to struggle to make that if you remain in Compliance. An MBA could help you pivot to a front office type role like consulting or an IB/PE associate.
