Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

Come to FAANG. You should be somewhere between 40-55 hours and $150k is easy to get here. Will caveat that it’s kinda team dependent though

You make 150k sound like it's tough to get to in consulting, you could be a dead fish and coast and get there within a few years.
Base or TC? Super easy with TC in any role tbh, you can find a role for that base in something more specialized in tech/startups or at a more senior role (usually Sr Manager and above) in industry
Most likely you won’t even need to hit 30 hrs/week lol but a lot of it is dependent on the hiring team and how they function, some teams at a chill company don’t work a ton, others may tend to work 12 hr days
Pretty easy in public sector consulting. I make that as M2 in Big4 Government practice.
Never have to open my laptop or respond to emails after 5pm ish..
No. You need skills (or at least credentials) that allow you to access a well paid job with good WLB.
