Will MBB experienced hiring continue to be strong for some time? I know the market is really hot, but I am really burnt out. Can I wait a few months before applying, or will this significantly hurt my chances of breaking in.

Was interviewing with a firm and soon after receiving an offer, learned of bad culture/toxic partners in the practice group from a couple of associates who recently lateraled from the firm. I turned the offer down. A partner that I clicked with while interviewing reached out asking me why I turned down the offer. Should I be honest and relay what I heard?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I'm currently in a BDR role but have been studying for my PSM and getting ready to take that test soon. Does anyone have any advice for how to pivot from sales to being a Scrum Master? It seems everyone wants a SM to have 3 to 5 plus experience to even look at your resume.

If I passed my CISA exam but haven’t met the years experience part yet to receive the certification should I still put CISA on my resume? If so, any tips on how?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?

How does a panel interview feel like? Is there anything that I should be prepare for it? Any tips?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?
