McKinsey & Company Will McKinsey & Company slow down its MBA hiring for associates this fall? I know tech is having a hiring freeze. Any insight?

I have been in my current role for less than a year. I am really not enjoying it at all and I am applying places but sometimes I feel like maybe I am thinking about leaving too soon. Something is telling me to follow my instincts and look for other opportunities. I have an interview coming up with a big 4 firm and I am nervous about that. Please any tips,advice, you can provide will be much appreciated. Thank you!

How is the pay for transitioning Military members with an MBA coming in as a Consultant on the GPS side of thing DC or North East Region ? Recruiter said 120-125 base…likely?

BCW, what’s your hiring process look like over there? Is hiring an internal priority right now? Seems unusually slow, especially in this talent market. I was approached by someone there more than two months ago, and it took almost 3 weeks for them to set up a first meeting, then another month to get to round two and it’s been a a few weeks now trying to get the next round scheduled. BTW, I am highly qualified for the role they reached out to me for. Was super interested, but this is a turn-off.
