Any suggestions for breaking into the financial industry in the US? Currently based in Europe, been in banking for three and half years in a front-office role and about to finish an executive program in International finance. Moving to an upper tier bank in February and was planning to do an MBA in the US and get a job there in two-three years. I just turned 26 but not sure if moving up the ladder and then ask for a transfer there will be the quickest move. Any thoughts?

What is a responsible salary to ask for as a dietitian in the greater Seattle area? Most jobs are offering 70-75,000$ and although that is a good salary I can’t afford to live around Seattle if I accept that. I’ve been a dietitian for 5 years and it seems like dietitians aren’t paid fairly for the work load we are expected to take on.
Bunch of questions regarding minimum spends recently. Here’s a method that won’t last long, but will meet your spend in a day and won’t get you left with unnecessary float in gift cards or get your bonus clawed back from the bank:

I'm a product designer with 4 years of experience and a masters in design.
I've recently also taken on the responsibilities of a product owner. My review is coming up and I want to discuss being compensated for the additional role and responsibilities I'm handling. I've found articles and posts about other designers who have taken similar paths, but haven't found any specific salary info.
Anyone have advice on a salary range to shoot for? I'm currently right at 100k/year for my design role.
Hi Fishes, Can you please help me with Salary Range for Grade 7A at GSK?
They're Matching my Current Offer's Fixed Part with Fixed + Yearly Bonus. Which I think is a downside.
Want to know the range to know limits of negotiation without losing the offer
Congratulations to all the people getting a job offer in the past three months, but let me ask you a serious question.
Are you negotiating once you get the offer or are you just accepting it because you are so happy?
I understand that the fear is that they will take back their offer, but to be honest that will never happen.
If they made you an offer is because they have selected you over hundreds, if not thousands, of other applicants.
So I finally got the courage to go to a psychiatrist and get tested to see if I have ADHD or any other “disorders” I don’t like that word . I find out my results on the 21st of April !
Been with my boyfriend for 5-6 years and never liked any of his close circle friends (yes he’s aware). I get the impression that they don’t like me as well. We seem to never be on the same page when it comes to making plans. Any advices?

I work in events and at each event my manager hires her friend who works with us for the duration. Everyone on my teams loves him but at the last event he spent the entire event undermining me and any time he disagreed he would go to my manager to get a different answer. She’s now talking about getting him back in a bigger capacity. I found him lazy (he would disappear on his phone) and obviously would constantly undermine me. What should I do? I feel like talking to my manager is a no go
Any tips on graduation and relocation? I recently received a job offer and have been looking for places to live around there. Apartments are few and far between and are more expensive than a mortgage.
