My favorite 1 was when he bought out all these taxi’s in Cannes, France where most potential customers were attending; would fly into Nice & ask for a taxi which is 45 min of a trip. Marc rented out ALL of the airport taxis, but instead of making them unavailable the customers got a FREE taxi where a rep pitched them in the car

I joined EY GDS on august 2nd 2021 as advanced analyst for US taxation. I don’t have enough hours but I have over all 3 years of experience (2.7 Deloitte and Ey - August 2021 till now) in US tax and very good feedback untill now. Is there a possibility to get senior promotion this year?
If over all hours is the only main criteria then I would not get this year?

Our company is attempting to move from basic agile to the scaled agile framework (SAFe). In preparation, we are trying to make clear who will fit into each role.
