I carry 2 years of experience and hold offer for Frontend as well as Backend from 2 organizations. My interest is in Frontend, but I have heard salary wise frontend sde in good product based company are paid less than backend. Is it true? I wish to know that will choosing frontend cost those big packages of SDEs in India? From companies like FAANG

I started a new company in August as a recruiter. After a month I was moved into a Talent Acquisition Manager position. It all seems great but I have a boss who comes resounds to me when she wants to and doesn’t when she doesn’t. But when she responds she comes in with yelling at me. PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.

Just started as an AE and I am responsible for the prospecting, running meetings, and closing the deal. Ive been doing like 50/calls per day with about 40 emails per day. I either keep getting rejection emails, VM’s or not interested over the phone. Can someone give me advice how to to get more people attend my initial meetings? I made the switch from marketing to PR this year. I basically went from having 15 years of experience to being a newbie in a different subject matter. I miss creative development for ads/web/video, having more tactics to integrate into strategies, and the leadership opportunities I had managing junior team members.
