Will the whole concept of onsite change post the pandemic?

In some cases yes, in some no. It really depends on the company culture, the region, and the requirements of the job. That said, I'd be thrilled if I never had to leave my house at 6 in the morning ever again.

Oh absolutely lol hello the meta verse!! We are at a turning point in human history and it’s crazy lol

Yes it will. It’s unavoidable. I think most people won’t be returning to the office one next year.

Not much aware, tuning in for more info.

I think the whole idea to work onsite ( assuming in a different time zone) is to work with the clients and understand their issues and needs better. With that in mind, I don’t think this concept is going to change dramatically ..probably will mellow down a bit in the current pandemic scenario but i guess will bounce back to pre pandemic levels post normalization

For Intel? Or just in general?

I don't think so. Our clients are slowly opening up in the US and EVERYONE is saying the same thing. People achieve much more when they collaborate. With that in mind, onsite will continue to be very critical for service based industries.

Don't think there would be major change
