Have a data/analytics b/g., but I’m much more social than a “typical” data/analytics person. I worked as staff RN for 4 yrs - went per diem to go FT at a hosp ASC as staff RN for 1.5yrs. I settled for offer less than asking (100-120k) & renegotiation after 6 mo. for the DON position. I was given +8k - still below range - after 4 mo. To ready for inspection, I’ve had to do “OT” admin & often help clinically as RN..

PACU nurses! What hourly rate did you start off with in your specialty and where is your location? What do you make now?

Do I need ICU experience to work in the PACU?? I’ve been a nurse for 3 years in stepdown units, and I want to make the switch to the PACU.
