Will wipro stick to their commitment on expected CTC which was called out before 1st round of interview? I remember saying 24 fixed pay expected, however not sure if the recruiter heard it as 24 CTC. I had asked once again before the interview if the expectations can be met, he said it has thats why inviting you for interview.your inputs

If anyone is thinking of leaving interview prep until you've got time - don't. All it takes is a few hours a week to keep yourself new offer ready. I didn't invest that time, and ashamed to say, the timeboxed job hunt is now pretty scary. Offshore recruiter mail has become cause for highs, and the anxiety about making rent in a few months is real. Can't imagine if I had a family relying on me... Hope this little anecdote tips the scale for anyone on the edge of prepping. Don't make my mistake.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period.
