Winter is coming! Are there any outerwear recommendations that grows with the tummy and can be used later with and without the baby?

Hello my mother is in Delhi and has Covid. Her fever hovers around between101 and 103. It’s the 7th day now (until 3 days ago, the fever was actually around 99-101). She has been on Paracetamol 650. Someone recommended MEFTAL 500. Does anyone here have family members who was put on this medication? Or any other alternate suggestions on how we can reduce the fever temperature? 🙏🏾

Hi ladies, I'm in my mid 40s and I think I'm entering peri. I currently have a Mirena but I should replace it again soon, but one more will put me into my 50s(!!) and I was wondering if anyone here knows that they're in peri or menopause without having periods. Is there blood work or something to check? I definitely do not want to have another child accidentally. I've got 5 more years until my youngest is in college and don't want to start over again.

Best place to get mithai for a very pregnant women and her cravings in NJ? My bestie is craving Indian sweets in her third trimester, they recently moved to NJ so have little info on best places. Preferably sweet treats which aren’t over the top sweet. Her husband got something from Indian grocery store and that did not do the trick. I’m currently way behind on my targets and my company is undergoing a restructuring. I’m of two minds about it. Is it common in the industry for licensed insurance agents to not get any commissions on a referral in which you personally write the policy? Ex: If a current client refers a prospect to our team, I would not receive commission. Additionally, if I write a policy for friends/family I would get a small incentive but it’s a fraction of the commission producers make.
