Its just 3 months, I joined a company and I am already stressed. I was told that I need to come to office twice a week ( which is 2 hrs away from my home) but now since 3 months I am asked to come thrice a week. Not sure if this would be the right forum to post this, but just wanted to know everyone's PoV here .
I am currently serving my NP with one of the WITCH companies . There are hardly 13 days to go for my LWD & there has been no replacement for my billable role in the customer project.
I am working on weekends and 12 hours per day to complete the deliverables .

I am not sure what is the thumb rule to replace an exiting employee but isn't it high time for a replacement to take over by now?
