Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

We moved into our apartment last March on a one year standard lease. A new management company took over in December and hasn’t yet reached out about renewing the lease. My inclination is to keep quiet and keep the covid deal and not worry about being without a lease. Is this the right move?

Housing/rent q— In a 3 bedroom with two roommates in Brooklyn and for 8 months of our lease we’ve dealt with mice issues. Our old managment company was so bad at responding to our requests/inefficient, so we took to buying traps ourselves. The problem would go away, and then we’d find another mouse. Managment recently changed in February and thy’ve been much more responsive but we’ve caught 10 mice at this point. Asked for one month of rent free, but LL only offered $500. Should we keep pushing?
