I do one pushup every time someone says the word ‘mute’ on a call.
Peloton and cut alcohol. I refuse to cut delicious food lol.
I ran and did body weight training at 4 am in march when we went into lockdown to avoid coming in contact with people. On some days I shadow boxed to tutorials on YouTube.
