Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

33% likelihood? I mean what kinda of a response are you looking for OP? All depends on the company. A lot of larger firms, ourselves included, are in no rush to reopen the offices. Others will be in a different spot.

Lol, I was thinking the same^
EY has a phased approach and most of the guidelines are double what state and federal guidelines are (28 day downward trend vs 14, etc.). I don't think many firms will rush to get back to the office
Yeah I think most companies will take it slow and safe.
Should have been clearer. I guess have any of your firms talked about going in? I know a few friends in industry that have already been told they'll start staggering people into the office on a rotational basis
Can someone explain to me what is the point of "staggering" and "rotating" if people cannot go within 6 feet of each other - i.e., no meetings, no collab, no team/group sessions where ideas can be brainstormed and shared...
Same here, small software company, we are not reopening until phase 4. What’s the point opening for up to 10 people office? More expenses than benefits.
Yeah it’s going to be a company by company thing, and I’m sure most will be more than understanding to let people continue to wfh until they’re comfortable or able to return to the office as long as their productivity isn’t affected
New office life will likely be a mess. Limited elevator capacity, temperature checks, “open floor plans” / shared seating needs to be reconfigured for social distancing, and 1 positive test will shut the office down for 2 weeks.
